A leap of faith is the ultimate plunge into uncertainty, the permanent thorn in the side of OCD. Embracing the idea of synchronicity helped me take my biggest jump yet, and I feel unexpectedly serene.

Christy!!! There are so many fantastic moments in this piece. Thank you for writing it. And, I do wholeheartedly believe that it was raining somewhere in that very dramatic moment. I'm so proud of you :)
Beautifully said! (from a human who relies on her intuition/gut, yet sometimes mistakes her whispers as gas) 🤪
"Now, knowing the Things I Know, I can better parse what’s OCD and what’s intuition. The distinction is infuriatingly simple: intuition brings clarity, and OCD brings chaos. If something is intuitive, I’ll feel peace embracing it. In jarring contrast to the OCD, I’ll feel powerful. And the confidence I had when I was 12 fills me once more."

Thank you so much!! ❤️
Yay Christy! So nice to read your words in this space :)
So good. I couldn’t get over the term “middle distance” 😂 I know that space very well.
Loved this, Christy! The part about waiting to secure a job you didn’t want really got me. You’ve inspired me to make a Things I Know list too ✨
It inspired me as well!
Cheering you on, Christy!
Thank you, thank you, thank you for this one ladies, 🌻🌻🌻🌻
So glad it resonated. Thanks Jeannie!
