Let's do a 40-day abundance meditation

Hi friends,
It’s only February, yet somehow I already need a good reset. If you relate, join me in an incredible 40-day meditation and manifestation practice. No, this will do literally nothing to help with eggs now costing $1000, rising fascism, and all of 2025’s other problems. I can only do so much! This is simply a chance to ground us in what is already good in our lives and manifest more of it. Let’s return to ourselves and attract what we desire and deserve.
I first did this 40-day abundance meditation in 2022, led by an excellent Yoga teacher, Brianna Turpin. It was so powerful and expansive. It helped me get back into a creative flow, and built self-love, self-trust, and self-confidence. It’s also very low commitment! All you need is 5-10 minutes a day.
This meditation is a major part of what inspired me to commit to a longer creative self-discovery program — The Artist’s Way. I don’t have the bandwidth to do The Artist’s Way again right now, but I’m very excited about digging deep into manifestation. I hope that by sharing this meditation with you I can spread the joy and abundance it brought me.

Here are the details:
The meditation helps us reconnect with our natural, inner flow of abundance and gratitude so that we can reset the outer flow, become more magnetic, and attract what we desire. To be clear, abundance in this context doesn’t just relate to the material world: It can mean a growth of love, friendship, opportunities, health, happiness, self-confidence, or yes, money.
This 40-day abundance meditation is based on John Randolph Price’s The Abundance Book, which you are welcome to purchase but is completely unnecessary — you’ll get everything you need straight from this newsletter. However, we’ll follow his outline for the meditation, with a few adjustments, so it’s an optional resource if you’re interested.
This experience is for you if you:
Are looking to get back into meditation or start a new daily ritual
Want to reconnect with your creative flow
Want to shift from a scarcity mindset toward an abundance mentality
Are preoccupied with what is missing in your life and/or are stuck in negative thoughts
Struggle with maintaining a gratitude practice

What to expect:
Guided written meditations sent via the Subscriber chat every day for 40 days, alongside this community (you can access the chat on your desktop or the mobile app)
A list of instructions and all the daily mantras sent via email next week so you can do it on your own time if you prefer
An ongoing accountability group, and the ability to start your own conversation threads with other community members
A final celebratory Zoom (optional, of course)
