A creative career often lies in bridging the gap between our great, big goals and today. You want to sell a pilot, or write & direct a hit movie, or publish a novel. But how do you actually get there?

Of course, it starts with creating the habits and routine that can help bring you closer to that goal. And of course, doing that is very, very hard.

I still have many dreams that I’m working towards. But I want to share what worked for me in reaching my first big goals — and what I still do to move closer to my next ones.
